A family recipe, a hot grill and a simple idea: Mediterranean food made fresh, served fast, and good enough to come back for tomorrow.
Where It
Started
It started around a family table, where Sunday lunch meant slow-marinated chicken, warm bread straight from the oven and far too many sauces. Those recipes were never written down, just passed from hand to hand.
We opened our first counter to share that food with the neighbourhood, with the same spices, the same patience and the same generous portions. The menu has grown since then. The way we cook hasn't changed.

The Journey
From one grill to a neighbourhood favourite, here's how we got here.
The first spit turns
A small counter, one vertical grill and a menu of five items. Most days we sold out before closing.
Bowls join the menu
Regulars asked for something lighter, so we built our rice bowls with the same proteins, more vegetables and every sauce on the side.
Catering takes off
Offices, weddings and graduation parties started calling. Our catering trays now feed groups of ten to three hundred.
A second home
We opened our second location with a bigger kitchen, more seating and a bakery oven for fresh bread all day.
Still on the grill
Same family recipes, same early mornings and a team that treats every order like it's going to their own table.
